Rare original mouthpiece for an SML Rev D or Gold Medal 1 or 2 tenor saxophone. I've only seen a few of these ever. It's most likely a Riffault mouthpiece made for SML, and these are beautiful, well-made mouthpieces that are lesser-known in the USA but very good. This one has a bit of wear, but it would clean up nicely with minor attention. It measures .072" so it would work well for concert band - about like a Selmer C* or so.
