This beautiful nearly new original silver plated Selmer Supreme alto is definitely the best modern Selmer made since the Mark VI. The Selmer Supreme alto saxophone has better intonation than any earlier Selmer model, and it combines this with a complex, pleasant, interesting tone that reminds me more of a Mark VI than of any of the intervening models. The Supremes need an extensive new horn setup to play their best, and this one has already had a thorough setup done for the original owner (NYC area) who is a serious hobby player and who took the best possible care of it. This Supreme is in the hard to find (and more expensive) silver plate finish, and it looks gorgeous too! Original case is in nice shape as well, and it includes the original accessories as well. If you want a nice Supreme in silver and you want it already to have had the necessary setup completed, to be better than new mechanically, that's this!
