This is a great example of an Otto Link Florida USA Super Tone Master tenor mouthpiece with an original 9 tip! It measures right around .127, so it's more like a 9* by tip opening, and it plays really well. The response is easy even with the larger tip. With a softer reed and larger tip, you get a nice buzz to the tone that is more alive sounding and expressive than the smaller tip/harder reed combination.
