This is a relacquered (I think - it's hart to tell for sure, since Holton lacquered over the engraving on original ones too and used a couple of different styles of lacquer) Holton Stratodyne alto that also has no neck. It would make a good project horn or a parts horn. These horns are great players when they are all done up.
