This is a nice old hard rubber alto mouthpiece sold under many names, such as Selmer Elkhart NY, Penn Los Angeles, George M Bundy (who ran Selmer USA and had excellent taste in woodwind gear) and others. It is also very similar to what the Dukoff Supersonic was made from (though of course it doesn't have Bobby Dukoff's facing work on it). You could have a refacer open it and do the finishing like a Supersonic though. I've had that done probably 20 times and it works great. This currently measures 0.065" so about a Meyer 3* or 4 tip. Nice and original condition.
