This is a beautiful original silver plated Yanagisawa ‘Elite’ AWO10S Alto Saxophone. It just had a clean, oil, and adjust as well as a disassembly and hand polish, and it plays its best and looks its best! It’s effortless to play, and tunes great. Feels very nice and snappy under the fingers. You can just forget about the saxophone and focus on expression with this horn. Yanagisawas really are the Lexus of saxophones – best built and most reliable. They just get the job done. This one was a one owner horn played by a mostly-tenor-player who took great care of it. There’s no damage at all, past or current. Just some moderate playing followed by the COA that just got done to get it right back to looking nearly new. The factory accessories are still wrapped up in the storage compartment. This is a great deal on a gorgeous silver Yanagisawa that you don’t see every day.
