One of only around 100 tenors that got the actual cigar cutter octave mechanism. This horn just got a full high end overhaul, and man it plays great. Darker, fuller, and more Conn-like than later Selmers, but still with that gorgeous lyrical Selmer core. This is very collectible. I have the only other actual cigar cutter tenor that I have seen in my little collection. There are not many others out there. If you want something that plays effortlessly and also is rare, collectible, and that will go up in value, this is it. Comes with a new BAM case which is awesome.
