This is an absolutely gorgeous example of an original lacquer Selmer Mark VI Tenor from 1965. For those of you who just love vintage Selmers, this is one of those that trigger all the right reward centers in the brain. No damage, no past repairs or resolders, neck is in great undamaged condition, matching serial number on the neck, original factory pads still intact from Elkhart IN assembly, original case in good shape as well. I love the 120k tenors because they still have the dark, focused core tone of the late 5-digit tenors and the darker lacquer color, but they cost less than a '61, for example, for a very similar playing experience.
You'd be hard-pressed to find a cleaner VI for sale or for a better price at the moment!
