A horn so nice, we recorded it twice (accidentally). See below for a couple of really nice videos by Tyler of the way this horn sounds. This is a beautiful original lacquer Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone from 1965 that is a STRONG player. I know it's in the title, but I'll just repeat it anyway. It's SUPER fun to play. To me it feels dark and focused like a 5-digit VI alto, but costs less. This was the baby of the original owner. He brought it to me in person to sell it because he didn't want it to have ever been shipped. It was always babied like that, and it has no dents or dings, no past repairs, no damage of any kind. Just some normal play wear from use is all. The neck is original with matching serial number and also looks great. If you want a really fun Selmer Mark VI alto to play that plays better than the price tag would even indicate, then that's this. You'll need to get some pads replaced down the road, as this has never been overhauled, and many of the pads are factory original, but it will be an easy job and you could do it a few at a time to keep costs low if you wanted to.
