Cool vintage Selmer Magni-Tone Ligature. You can use this on alto, tenor, or even clarinet, because of the special way it adjusts size. Then you just slide it on after getting your reed in position. This would easily clean up and look almost new (with a miracle cloth) if you want it to, but some people like the patina on vintage items so it's in original condition for now.
