Ooold Buffet Tenor Saxophone Patented

This is a very vintage Buffet Patented Model tenor. It has been modified so that it has a more modern octave mechanism. The lacquer is gorgeous and probably from the 30's or 40's. Pads are also from that era. The case is in great shape, and the horn is in excellent physical condition as well. Offers are welcome on this piece of saxophone history.
