Original facing maybe late 1980's or 90's Meyer Medium Chamber alto 6M. This measures a correct .078" with a beautifully thin original tip rail and a nice baffle for a bit of projection. Not tubby with the dead sounding baffle like recent Meyers. The standard all purpose alto piece.
