Older vintage maybe 1980's Meyer 5M Medium Chamber baritone saxophone mouthpiece in hard rubber. This is a nice example that plays with a medium tone between dark and bright, and has a good amount of projection. The tip is a very playable .100" which is comfortable for bari players who want to blend or play in concert band and don't have to play super loud funk bass lines. The long shank on the Meyer means this will tune well with anything from a vintage Conn through a Selmer or Yanagisawa, but it will NOT tune well on a Yamaha baritone, as those really want a shorter mouthpiece.
