Here's a Meyer Medium Chamber alto mouthpiece that someone tricked out to play way brighter. Starting with the 4 tip gives this a big wedge of baffle when opened up to .097". I could clean this up a bit for you if you want it to look better. It would be no big deal to smooth out the file marks on the baffle and even up the facing at the same time, but it plays ok as is too, if what you want is a Meyer sound but a huge tip and lots of projection. The metal shank band appears to be cosmetic.
