The shank diameter is smaller than average, so you might need a thinner cork. The chamber is HUGE. The wider body accommodates the huge chamber with no baffle. If you want to be very dark and quiet, or play with a very hard reed, you could play this as is, or get it refaced and it will be big and dark like an Otto Link MasterLink but cheaper. If you are looking for the largest chamber possible on tenor, this could be a good fit.
