This is a beautiful early example of a Brilhart Streamline tenor saxophone mouthpiece. It has straight sidewalls, medium chamber, very slight rollover baffle. moderately bright tone, low resistance. The Streamline profile works well with a normal HR sized alto sax ligature. Tip opening measure 0.083".
