This is a Brilhart Personaline L6 tenor saxophone mouthpiece. It has a rollover baffle and a medium oval chamber. The L6 stands for long facing 6 opening. The tip opening measures at .077. It is original facing in good condition. This is one of the best vintage tenor pieces for a balanced, projecting tone that doesn't sound just like every other mouthpiece. It was Brilihart's top-of-the-line in its day, and is well made with the marbled tooth guard and gold lettering.
