The markings seem to be buffed out but looks like a 120 2 or 3 chamber. Tip opening measures 0.119". Has a huge sound and very free blowing if you have ginormous lungs and want to rip through a big band lead tenor book this might be your mouthpiece. It's original facing, and has been played a lot, because it's a phenomenal player.
