Because of that, it needs a full mechanical overhaul, so that it will be ready for its next 75 years of playing. It does actually play surprisingly well on super-old pads, but seriously, plan on adding a good overhaul.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThat said, the price is very good, and someone can get this horn and add an overhaul and come out well. There are not many Radio Improved tenors period. They are such a great mix of a bigger, more spread tone that is still pure Selmer.
