The Elimona sopranos and sopraninos from Yanagisawa are really excellent saxophones that combine a more warm and complex tone with the superior build-quality, keywork, and intonation that makes Yanagisawa famous. This is one great sopranino. It is in virtually mint condition, and I am not sure if this is just a gold lacquer finish, or lacquer over gold plate on the body of the horn. The keys are silver (not nickel) and have just been hand polished. The engraving is beautiful as well. The pads are in good condition, and the horn plays great. If you want a great modern sopranino, this horn is way better than a Mark VI or a Series II in every way. The best sopraninos are either Yanagisawas or vintage Bueschers, in my experience, so that is typically what you will find here for sale. It ships in the original case also in mint/near mint condition. If you need a mouthpiece, I have a handful of sopranino mouthpieces that we could work into a deal.
