This is like a vintage Reso Chamber or Slant (more like a Slant) also made of the same great old hard rubber (steel ebonite they called it), and then refaced by the great Erik Greiffenhagen. Erik did a tidy looking Link style baffle on this one that gives you a combination of warmth and projection that you normally have to buy a $1000+ Link to get. This is a great deal if you want something like the GS RESO/SLANT but black. It had a tiny shank crack, so I banded it with a metal band using half of a ligature. Should last forever that way. Price reduced as a result.
