This is a gorgeous Balanced Action Tenor with the nicest original lacquer and engraving that I have seen. The tone is dark and warm, somewhat spread, with a punchy edge. This horn has a fresh overhaul by Matt Stohrer, using oversized domed metal resonators. If you are trying to figure out what resos match a BA like this, the answer is domed metal.
