Selmer Balanced Action Tenor 1939 Factory Relacquer Exceptional 27227

From my personal collection, this is an absolutely gorgeous Selmer Balanced Action tenor with an old Selmer factory relacquer job that included very little buffing. It is almost as nice as an original Balanced action, but costs a little over half the price. This is the best serial range for these. There’s no dent work, no sign of significant past damage. I see a little grey solder on the bell ring, but I don’t see any significant damage there either.

After this horn was overhauled, I had to keep it, because it plays as well as any BA I have played, including my personal original lacquer one. It’s really an exceptionally fine player, and one of the best playing Selmers for sale anywhere in the world at the moment. It comes in a BAM Classic tenor case, or you can swap to a different case if you prefer.
