This is a nice, clean original gold-plated Holton soprano saxophone. The serial number is 23xxx, and it’s Low Pitch (= the tuning that we use today). It comes in the original case and needs a repad to play its best. You can play it a bit on the current pads, and you could probably get by with less work if you wanted to, but why not get it repadded and polish up all the gold so that this thing looks amazing again? There are no dents or dings or past repairs evident. It should be a straightforward repad for someone.
