Dukoff / Selmer Elkhart Alto C48

This is a piece that is very similar in design to what was sold as a Dukoff Supersonic / Zimberoff House of Note alto mouthpiece. I had Brian Powell compare a Dukoff faced one to this stock one, and put the Dukoff style finishing on it. Basically, you get a mouthpiece that is as close as possible to a Supersonic without spending a ton.
