Description

This is a beautiful vintage Dukoff Hollywood from my personal collection. It’s fat and powerful, but on the darker side, with a mild rollover baffle and medium-large chamber. This is the one piece version with higher floor but less rollover baffle. It plays great, with more projection than average since it was opened up. This was originally a 5* and was opened to a 7*, measuring .105″. I’m not sure who did the work, as it is unsigned, but from how clean and tidy it is, I’m guessing either Theo or maybe Jon Van Wie, both of whom didn’t always sign their pieces back in the day. That tip and baffle work is top-notch. This is a world-class tenor piece that should make someone very happy.
