This is a Dukoff Hollywood 5* tenor saxophone mouthpiece. Its tip measures at 0.080. There is some light wear from age but nothing that will affect playability. There is nothing else that sounds close to a  Dukoff from the 40’s like this in full song on a vintage horn like a Conn 10M. It just roasts! Go watch some Dexter Gordon and see what I mean. 5* is perfectly playable for many many folks. Even if you’re coming from a 7*, just put on a reed one full strength harder, and you’ll be shocked by how much air you can put through one of these.
