Conn 10M Tenor 1940 Original Lacquer Fresh Overhaul Excellent! 300229

This Pre-War original lacquer Conn 10M tenor is one of the best playing tenors on the site right now. It has a fresh GetASax top shelf overhaul and feels brand new under the fingers. Italian leather pads and reusable slightly domed brass resonators complete the package. It had some dings removed from the bow, and I had a new neck receiver made for it, because it was time after 83 years or so for that high-wear part to be replaced for a perfect neck seal for the next several decades. This horn absolutely roasts. It’s effortless in the low register, beautiful and wide sounding throughout, and tunes great as well. These are very fast under the fingers once you get used to the layout. Only one available!
