The Buescher True Tone is the best vintage sopranino for tone and intonation, and arguably the best sopranino period (I like the modern Yanagisawa as well, but it has a very different tone.) This horn has no dents or dings and no resolders at all. It is in mint original shape with all the case candy including the original mouthpiece (worth around $300 itself).
It has old snap-in pads, and it needs new pads, but you can play it enough if you squeeze to get a sense of the tone. The original case is also in great shape to complete this really nice set. The tone on these horns is warm and round and very pleasant, and the intonation is very good for a sopranino. This should be a fun horn to play and nice to listen to as well. You can’t say that about every sopranino!
