Buescher Aristocrat Gold Plate Alto Saxophone

Super rare and gorgeous original gold plate Buescher Aristocrat alto with a butterfly and flowers on the bell. This 266k serial alto is very close to Sigurd Rascher’s gold plate 267k Aristo in the SUNY collection. And it has the #3 neck just like Rascher’s! And it has a low-miles overhaul done before I got it, and has just gotten a fresh setup. You can see one foot of the low Bb key guard is resoldered. There are no dents, no dings. The neck is in great shape, not pulled down. Basically, if you are a Buescher fanatic, this is the horn you want. And the gold portrait models like this are in a class by themselves. You almost never see them for sale. I have seen one other one before, and it sold right away to the first person who played it. This one did the same, as it turned out. This particular #3 neck is the best I have seen anywhere. Might get some copies made by Gloger to sell, as it was super awesome.
