This is a new old stock brass 5* baritone mouthpiece that has been unplayed for decades. It was purchased from Geoff Lawton Sr. and put away for safe keeping until now. This piece is new, unplayed, perfect condition. I handled it with gloves so that you could be the first to play it and put your own finger prints on. It is marked “larger throat low baffle for big darker tone” which sounds like just what I would want from an ideal baritone piece. The Lawton tone is big and dark while maintaining projection and getting punchy when pushed.
