This is a nice, clean, early Mark VII tenor that plays great. It is in good playing condition, and it has almost all of the original lacquer intact. One keycage leg has been resoldered, but that’s the only past repair. The pads are older but sealing well, and it plays well, with a big, powerful tone that is cutting when pushed, but more dark in its core sound.
