Keilwerth Tone King Special Tenor (~Couf Superba 1) Recent Overhaul Great Player 42516

This is a great deal on a recently overhauled professional Keilwerth tenor saxophone. The Tone King Special is the precursor to the Couf Superba 1 and Keilwerth SX90R. It has rolled tone holes and plays like a Conn crossed with a Selmer – rich, room-filling tone but a more centered core than a Conn typically has. If you want a really great pro tenor for a discount price and you want a tone that is rich, medium dark, and different from all the Yamahas out there, then this is for you. It does great with a bright mouthpiece also. The fat core tone and full sounding palm key notes brighten up without getting thin or shrill. The lacquer is original by the way. Great deal on a really fun horn to play.
